Our Purpose
At Algarve Estate Care our focus is a simple one: the client, and their satisfaction. We value personal relationships built on trust, because we believe every client deserves to be treated as a person, never as a number.
The company was founded by Pedro, an entrepreneur and management student who has worked directly with owners of many nationalities, British and American among them. A Portuguese and Canadian citizen, he brings together a deep attachment to the Algarve, an international outlook, and a way of working that is professional, transparent and always within reach.
More than looking after properties, we want to build lasting relationships founded on trust, communication and attention to detail.

Nothing without your approval
Nothing is done to your property, however small, until you have approved it in writing. We never act on our own initiative. The decision is always yours; we simply carry it out properly.

Based in the heart of the Algarve, we combine deep knowledge of the region with a way of working that is structured, transparent and aligned with the expectations of discerning owners from around the world.
Where we work
We work across the Algarve, with our exclusive focus on Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura. That closeness lets us keep a constant presence, respond immediately, and watch over every property properly.
